Umbrellla uses Printful to produce and fulfill products.

When necessary to complete your order, we may provide Printful with information such as your name, shipping address, contact information, product selection, and order details.

Printful processes customer information on behalf of merchants when providing order fulfillment services.

We use third party services to help provide customer support. Our live chat and support system may be provided through tawk.to, and support email may be managed through Zoho Mail.
