1) Overview
This website is operated by Umbrellla (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and our policies, including:

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have permission/supervision). If you create an account, you’re responsible for your login and activity.
3) Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate IP rights, transmit malware, scrape the site, harass others, or circumvent security features.
4) General Conditions
We may refuse service where permitted by law. Content (excluding payment info) may be transmitted over networks; payment info is encrypted via Shopify/payment processors.
5) Products, Availability & Pricing
We try to display accurate product info, but errors may occur. We may change pricing, availability, or limit quantities at any time.
6) Orders, Billing, and Refusal/Cancellation
We may refuse/cancel orders (including suspected fraud). You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information.
7) Fulfillment Partner (Printful)
Many items are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. By ordering, you acknowledge production and shipping timelines can vary and orders may ship in separate packages where applicable.
8) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and address responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy. You’re responsible for providing an accurate address.
9) Returns, Refunds, and Size Exchanges
All returns/refunds/replacements/size exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
10) Order Changes / Cancellations
Requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase to be considered. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production.
11) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may provide order and delivery documentation to processors and restrict future purchases associated with abusive disputes.
12) Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools/links “as is,” without warranties. Use at your own risk.
13) User Content
If you submit content (reviews/photos), you grant Umbrellla a license to use it for store operations and marketing. You represent you have the rights to submit it.
14) Intellectual Property
All site content and branding are owned by Umbrellla or licensors and protected by law.
15) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services/products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where permitted.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Umbrellla for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page.
