Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Umbrellla! Most items are fulfilled through Printful (print-on-demand).

1) Processing / Production Time

Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days. Because items are made to order, production times may vary during high-volume periods.

2) Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada at checkout.
  • For international orders, please contact support@umbrellla.net before purchasing.
  • 3) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are calculated based on destination and order contents.

4) Estimated Delivery Times (Not Guaranteed)

Delivery time = production time + shipping time. Shipping estimates (after production) are:

  • United States: ~3–7 business days
  • Canada: ~5–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, peak seasons, or customs (Canada).

5) Tracking

When available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after a label is created.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to change your address, contact support@umbrellla.net as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production or shipped.

7) Returned to Sender / Undeliverable

If a package is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts:

  • Customers are responsible for reshipping fees
  • Some carriers may not return undeliverable packages; if a package cannot be recovered, we may be unable to issue a refund

8) Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered

  • Delayed/in transit: Contact us and we’ll help review tracking and next steps.
  • Lost in transit: If a carrier confirms loss, we’ll assist with resolution based on the carrier’s findings.
  • Marked delivered: We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation, but we’ll help you troubleshoot (carrier inquiry, address confirmation).
