Refund policy

At Umbrellla, most items are made to order through Printful (print-on-demand). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1) Returns & Exchanges Overview
- Returns for change of mind: We generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong style/color), because items are made to order.
- Size exchanges: We do offer size exchanges (see “Size Exchanges” below).
- Defective / damaged / misprinted / wrong item: We will replace or refund eligible issues reported within 30 days of delivery.
2) Report a Problem (30 Days)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@umbrellla.net
To help us resolve it quickly, include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)
If confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3) Size Exchanges (Sales-Friendly)
We understand sizing can be tricky—so we offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
To qualify for a size exchange:
- Item must be unworn/unwashed, in the same condition received
- Exchange is for the same item/design in a different size (color may be limited by availability)
- Proof of purchase is required
Exchange shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping to initiate the exchange
- We will cover standard shipping for the replacement size (once the return is received and approved), unless otherwise stated

4) Start a Return / Exchange
To request a return or exchange, email support@umbrellla.net
If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Items sent back without requesting approval first may not be accepted.
5) Order Changes / Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, changes and cancellations are only guaranteed if requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Email support@umbrellla.net as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
6) Returned to Sender / Wrong Address / Undeliverable
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal:
- Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout
- If reshipment is needed due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee
- Some carriers may not return undeliverable packages. If the package cannot be recovered, we may be unable to issue a refund

7) Non-Returnable Items
The following are not returnable, except where required by law or for confirmed defects/wrong items:
- Made-to-order items (including print-on-demand apparel)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if marked as such)
8) Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
